Executive Chef & Co-Founder

Originally from New York City, ​Le Cordon Bleu-trained Chef and Restaurateur Scotley Innis has established himself as a culinary powerhouse in Atlanta since 2004 by working through some of the city’s top kitchens. In 2021, Chef Scotley began a new chapter as the Co-owner and Executive Chef of Atlanta’s Continent Restaurant and Cigar Lounge, named one of the Most Anticipated Restaurants 2022 by an Eater.

Appearances on Hell’s Kitchen, Chopped, and Late Night Eats have also made Chef Innis a welcomed TV personality, where his affinity for elevated cuisine based on his Jamaican heritage has become a memorable combination. As a visionary restaurateur, Chef Scotley Innis envisions a future filled with culinary adventures, aspiring to establish restaurants on every continent and making a lasting mark on the global culinary scene.
